Job Description:

• Handling enquiries/requests coming through the contact centre.
• Providing assistance and services in the service centre.
• Processing appointments and admissions.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma 
• Meticulous and possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven, passionate and service minded.
• Candidate with call centre experience/Nursing background will have an added advantage.
