Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as " Assistant Manager (Communication)".

This role covers the following responsibilities :

• Develop Internal Communication direction and plan, aligning with the Corporate  Communication strategy
• Drive content management and creation to support leadership, change, culture, peer communication and more
• Work across and communicate with stakeholders at global and region level to manage new initiatives and projects
• Analyse internal channel activities and develop monthly reports to identify efficacy and areas for improvement
• Lead crisis communication management including drills
• Manage virtual meetings with region Corporate Communication team
• Assist with external promotional tactics execution as a secondary support
• Support other key initiatives and activities such as Town Hall, Global Communication Conference, ad-hoc events
• Work with the Creative lead to manage vendors such as production agencies (creatives) to create communication assets

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in the disciplines of Arts & Social Sciences, Mass Communications or Marketing.
• Ideally 3 year or more of related experience
• Possess great communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of marketing and communication tactics (offline and digital)
• Strong analytical skills
• A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail
• Background in shipping/logistics is a plus but not necessary
