Jobscope:

• Work with the relevant Research and Development (R&D) groups to support analytical activities for New Product Introduction, ensuring that the activities are carried out in accordance to the required standards and procedures.

• Keep abreast with new analytical technologies and methodologies to ensure that data which support the decisions pertaining to the implementation of new testing technologies are accurate, comprehensive for management decision making and in accordance to required standards and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with external staff and at line level to enable the localization and transfer of technology / knowledge / methodologies into standard order fulfillment activities.

• Contribute and occasionally lead site and corporate projects in line with specifications and budget allocation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science/Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficiency with MS office, specifically with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

• Knowledge in basic coatings formulation and processing technologies for targeted coating segment applications is an advantage

• Research fundamental and product development skillset is a plus

• Able to commit 1 year contract
