Job Responsibilities
•    To maintain and support applications and manage disruption to business unit operations.
•    To support and resolve reported system issues, escalate software bug to vendor for applications that are under maintenance agreement
•    To provide first level operation support for Dynamic 365 system, landlord interface, principal interface, D365/POS/ CRM integration and CRM system

Job Requirements
•    Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or relevant study
•    At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in IT Application development/ support
•    Possess Microsoft Dynamic 365 and Office 365 experience
•    Possess knowledge in POS and the integration to Dynamic 365 backend system
