Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee maintenance activities in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Section to ensure that all works are completed efficiently and on time
• Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares for Gasmaking Plants and ancillaries
• Maintain and perform necessary preventive maintenance on the Distributed Control System
• Co-ordinate for the prompt and safe handover of gasmaking plants and major machineries which require repairs during plant shutdown
• Prepare technical specifications for the calling of quotations/public tenders to purchase spares and materials for major/routine maintenance works
• Ensure systematic documentation of work procedures and maintenance records for works carried out by E&I section
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross sections faults
• Oversee the compliance of work process to safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Planning of budget requirement of the maintenance team
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or Section/Branch Head.

Requirements

•  Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Min. 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance
• Knowledge of Yokogawa DCS, SAP, energy efficiency, cybersecurity will have added advantage
