Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and administer employee compensation and benefit (C&B) programs, such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, annual merit review process, salary increases, promotion process, salary surveys etc
- Plan / design / recommend cost-effective and competitive employee benefit programs to attract and retain employees
- Work with external sources/vendors to conduct research and analysis in terms of compensation and benefits e.g. compensation statistics, market analysis and best practices bench-marking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine compensation needs, design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages and help develop policies and procedures
- Develop and implement communication sessions on employee benefits plan
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
- Maintain regular contacts with relevant local authorities and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labour regulations
- Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits (C&B) framework in addition to minimum 2 years of general experience in HR policies & practices
- Experience in healthcare sector an added advantage
- Knowledge of government regulations relevant to HR areas especially compensation, benefits and employment law
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
