Our Client is seeking a M&E Project Manager for Store Openings / Refit / New Projects roll out.  They are seeking candidates with experience in Retail Store Construction project management experence. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Able to lead team and coordinate internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget with detailed plan to track progress and changes.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/ vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Graduate degree in related discipline 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management
• Strong human relationship skills and background of management, budgeting and analysis. 
• A flair for problem solving through strong communication skills
• Experience using AutoCAD
