Responsibility
- Point of contact for all assigned customers for any logistic and parts ordering question or request for help;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints according to Logbook;
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries from systems and liaise with all relevant departments locally or overseas;
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis for customers and management;
- Monitor open customer orders and ensure timely delivery;
- Keep the customer informed about any delay or change of deliveries, processes and all other business relevant information;
- Process orders according cut off and shipping schedule;
- Maintain proper documentation related to customers’ info into share drive;
- Manage customer credit issues, work with Kassel Finance to maintain updated record;
- Handling customer termination/ new customer set up in SAP; coordinate with various stakeholders in supply chain to complete the termination / new customer set up;
- Support internal customer within VRAS and HQ in Kassel;
- Backorder management and work closely with Inventory Planning to minimize backorders;
- Participate in business review meeting with management and customers;
- Prepare SOP for any new process that requested by customers;
- Support customer in freight cost optimization by giving appropriate advice to effectively utilize air order;
- Conduct refresher training to assigned customers in the areas that they have highlighted;
- To align, review and update SOP; identify improvement opportunities;
- Undertake any ad hoc project and initiatives as assigned by the Management.
Requirement
- Minimum Degree in any field
- More than 2-3 years of working experience in providing customer service, sales support.
- Experience in using SAP (SD Module)
- Experience in automobile industry will be an added advantage
