Get price and lead time for oversea sales during RFQ stage
Work closely with order management to ensure service order is created correctly.
Create purchase order and enter into supplier system for orders
Enter the goods receipts in the system
Create commercial invoice and Packing list to inform that order is ready
Work with overseas team if the items are lost or damaged on a recovery plan.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
3 year working experience in relevant fields.
Minimal supervisory require as you might be require to WFH.
Additional information:
Working days: 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8 am – 1 pm
Salary up to $3300.
Located in Gul Circles.
