Recruitment
• Responsible for the end-to-end process for hiring
• Work with business managers in timely and quality creation of job requisitions to initiate hiring process
• Set up, schedule and coordinate interview process sessions with candidates, recruitment vendors, internal recruitment specialist and hiring managers
• Reports and tracks hiring status
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on use of online Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Onboarding
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
• Complies all the requirements for candidate onboarding and hiring in ATS and other tools required
• Set up and coordinate all the requirements for the first day onboarding of the new hire
• Conduct “on-boarding” and or exit process for employees including timely preparation of IT and other resources / tools to optimize productivity for new team members
• Maintain accurate HR database, updating employee’s particulars and information in HRIS system
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
General HR Operations & Delivery
• Ensure HR operational processes are administered on a timely and accurate basis.
• Review and improve on said processes, issuing instructions and advisory to service providers or cross-functional partners as and when appropriate
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant study
• Must have related working experience in recruitment, recruitment ops support and HR administration for more than 5 years
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly in Excel
• Good understanding of local labour laws, regulations and best practices
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and pays attention to details
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
• Able to work independently or and in a team to resolve issues and/or identify solutions in a timely manner
• Outgoing and pleasant personality with an open mindset, work well as team member
• Possess strong sense of ownership to complete tasks assigned on timely basis and with quality.
