Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial / non-financial position of potential / new / existing customers;
• Check that the terms and conditions of Documentary Credit conform to company’s acceptable guidelines on the finance portion;
• Input the information on Documentary Credit in Excel;
• Ensure that the Financial Documents are created correctly and timely for all clean Documentary Credit;
• Ensure creation / update of company code data / credit management information of new / existing customers is accurate and prompt;
• Filing and any ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy
• 2 years of working experience in Accountancy
• Experience in MNC will be an added advantage
