Support local (Singapore) payroll & taxation and liaise with auditors on payroll audits
Handle work pass related matters, Renew, apply.
Update and maintain employee’s data in HR system and P-files
Administrate E-Attendance, E-leave & E-Claim in the HR system
Submit NSmen, Childcare, Maternity leaves & other government claims
Handle staff welfares and benefits administration (group medical insurance & claims)
Prepare and submit MOM & other statutory board HR-related surveys
Prepare monthly Headcount report to finance department & HR analytics and metrics reports for management
Assist in staff on-boarding (orientation program) and off-boarding process (exit interview)
Handle and administration of all Covid-19 regulatory matters both concurrently
Act as main point of contact in handling staff enquiries pertaining to Covid-19 related matters
Handle employees enquires on all HR-related matters
Assist in expatriate management
Organize company events and employee engagement activities
Drive HR initiatives and any HR ad-hoc projects assigned by the manage
Requirement:
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
Preferably with certification of CHRBP
At least 3 years of relevant experiences in HR operations, in FMCG & Hi-Tech industry
Experience in handling full payroll cycle (Time soft)
Knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and HR practices
Additional Information:
Monday to Friday, 9 – 5.30PM
Located in Tai Seng
Salary up to $3800
