Job Responsibilities

· Analyze the financial / non-financial position of potential / new / existing customers;

· Check that the terms and conditions of Documentary Credit conform to company’s acceptable guidelines on the finance portion

· Input the information on Documentary Credit in Excel

· Ensure that the Financial Documents are created correctly and timely for all clean Documentary Credit

· Ensure creation / update of company code data / credit management information of new / existing customers is accurate and prompt

· Filing and any ad-hoc assignment.

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Accountancy / Business or equivalent; and

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in a MNC

· Able to handle voluminous tasks, work under pressure and tight deadlines;

· Familiar with Documentary Credit processes like Documentary Credit checking
