Responsibility

Inventory Planning:

• Manage product flow supply chain processes with internal & external stakeholders and develop strategies and proactive problem solving to ensure timely delivery;
• To compile and review demand planning and forcasting report with Sales & Operation manager;
• Daily MRP system run for demand/ inventory stock replenishment;
• Working with vendor/forwarder to ensure in-coming shipment product has relevant local SG HS Coding;
• Support sales support team with Trade Compliance order processing.
• Support project inventory tracking report
• Managing inventory aging report base on slow consumption

Purchasing:

• Direct Purchasing from HQ and 3PL vendors via SAP;
• Review 3PL forwader invoices for AP
• Monthly open orders review;
• Provide product transfer pricing information.

Logistic/ Warehousing:

• Liaise with forwarders for incoming and outgoing shipment delivery;
• Prepare shipping document;
• Liaise and verify with warehouse for incoming damage/ short shipment and file FOA (Failure on Arrival);
• Review 3PL forwader invoices for AP

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level
• At least 3 years in supply chain function 
• Exposure in SAP system will be an added advantage
