Responsibility
- Responsible as point of contact for internal and external stakeholder
- Managing customer enquries and complaints according to company policies
- Ensurig information provided to client/customer is latest or updated
- Monitoring/coordination of delivery/shipping process.
- Managing customer/client data base via SAP (new customer set up/ customer termination)
- Other customer support (Freight cost optimization, refresher training, SOP arrangement, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum DIploma in supplychain/logistica or relevant field
- More than 2-3 years of working experience
- Experience in SAP (SD module)
