Responsibility

• Responsible as point of contact for internal and external stakeholder
• Managing customer enquries and complaints according to company policies
• Ensurig information provided to client/customer is latest or updated
• Monitoring/coordination of delivery/shipping process.
• Managing customer/client data base via SAP (new customer set up/ customer termination)
• Other customer support (Freight cost optimization, refresher training, SOP arrangement, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum DIploma in supplychain/logistica or relevant field
• More than 2-3 years of working experience 
• Experience in SAP (SD module)
