Job Description:

• Responsible for local, Import, export shipment and ordering processing etc.
• Processing in all related system for preparing of the requirement shipping documentation is needed
• Processing customer return system updating and follow up with respective parties on closure 
• To co-ordinate with internal and external parties to liaise for shipment pickup and delivery request.
• To assist on customer return and shipping operation monthly reporting.
• To assist on PM/CAL arrangement with vendor, quotes and updating in system
• Reply shipment queries/escalation emails independently
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirement:

• Diploma level and above
• Knowledge of import and export documentation
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Experience with Singapore local customs clearance would be an advantage.

Additional information:

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Salary up to $3500
• Monday – Friday, Office hours (8am to 5.30PM)
• Must be required to work OT on Saturday when tasked (Occasionally only)  
• Located in Chai Chee
