Job Description:


  • Supporting the General Manager on administrative requests
  • Coordinating with Heads of Department to support the General Manager
  • Performing admin duties and guiding admin assistants
  • Organising weekly staff meeting and taking minutes during the meeting
  • Coordinating shipment overseas and local suppliers
  • Coordinating with IT vendor for IT hardware and email
  • Handling maintenance of office equipment
  • Renewal of trademarks
  • Renewal of software licenses
  • Administer staff leave


  • To assist on recruitment matters
  • To assist in planning, enrolling and keeping records of staff training
  • To perform monthly payroll, staff claims, overtime claims, work passes application, renewal and termination matters.
  • To perform CPF submission monthly and employment income submission yearly.
  • To maintain and upkeep of staff records.
  • To maintain, upkeep and update of staff medical insurance & company general insurance & projects insurance.
  • To perform MOM submissions as required.
  • Take charge and lead the administrative team



  • At  least 3 years of relevant working experience 
  • Proficinet in Microsoft office

Additional Information:

  • Up to 44 hours per week
  • Up to $2800
  • Office hours
  • Located in Woodlands/Marsaling
