Communicate with customers, handles incoming enquiries and follow up on leads;
Prepare quotation and formalise sales proposal based on client requirement
Detailed reviewing of tender and contract documents regarding commercial & technical, preparing both technical and commercial proposals for tender submission.
Evaluate the proposal of vendors and subcontractors, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers for the price
Prepare tender documentation, including cost summary, cost analysis, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines & requirements.
To submit a detailed response to the inquiry documentation and provide answers/responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.
Collect and analyze market information related to a similar field and product. Explore new opportunities and clients, if possible.
Requirement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking counterpart
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
1 - 2 years relevant working experience in construction/semiconductor
Minimum Diploma in Engineering and above
