Our client is a reputable name in the Shipping Industry. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as “Executive (M & R)(Container Shipping)".

In this role, you will be contributing in the following areas :

• Depot Empty Return distribution / Declaration etc
• Coordinate with Depot nomination for Export Reefer Bookings / Special Equipment Bookings
• Invoices
• Monitor & control Re-use / Drop Off Billing
• Input SOC / Re-Export / Booking Swap Movement status in system
• Monitor EDI container movement
• Control stock & EQ inventory
• Coordinate any supporting Documents and Reports
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in Maritime Studies or Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Min 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in equipment/container maintenance & repair
• Open to consider candidates with maritime related studies and/or maritime experience in other areas
• Able to work independently
• Meticulous & organised
• Analytical thinking and possess a spirit of excellence
