To process and prepare documentation (purchase orders, order acknowledgement etc)
To liaise with operations departments to collect and keep records of site work
To maintain filing
To assist in compilation of monthly reports to clients
To provide administrative support to other departments
To assist in managing stock and inventory
To perform other office duties such as answering phone calls, receiving visitors etc.
Requirements
Minimum NITEC in Business or equivalent
More than 1-2 years experience will be an added advantage
Intermediate literacy on computer operation and computer software experience especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
