Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
• Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests
• Provide information on travel visa & insurance
• Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
• Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
• Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality
• 40 hours per week, (Rotating shift: 10:15am - 7:15pm & 11:30am - 8:30pm)
• No Experience are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage
