Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
- Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests
- Provide information on travel visa & insurance
- Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
- Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
- Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality
- 40 hours per week, (Rotating shift: 10:15am - 7:15pm & 11:30am - 8:30pm)
- No Experience are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage
