Responsibilities:
- Perform Payroll Processing & Computation
- Training Administration & co-ordination which includes training course application, updating of training records, application of SDF & etc.
- Recruitment Administration & co-ordination which includes arranging for recruitment advertisement, liaising with employment agencies on candidates sourcing, arranging for interview.
- Work Pass application & renewal
- Insurance claims & processing
- New Employee Orientation
- Administer & Co-ordinate employee benefit & welfare activities
- Process payroll and overtime payment.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel & Words
- Pro-active & customer-focused mindset
- Prior experience in handling payroll is a must
Additional information:
- Working hours: 9.00am to 6.30pm (Mon-Thu) & 9.00am to 6.00pm (Fri)
