Job Description:

  • Attend to customers’ travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
  • Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests
  • Provide information on travel visa & insurance
  • Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
  • Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
  • Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time



  • Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome or possess some experiences in tourism & hospitality sectors
  • Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure


Additional information:

  • Working days: (Rotating shift: 10:15am - 7:15pm & 11:30am - 8:30pm)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to $2500
  • Located in Anson Road
