Demand planning based on customer requirement and forecast.
Coordinate and help with projects transfer from HQ Japan to ASEAN region.
Manage and maintain an optimal level of inventory.
Understand Supply Chain Management system
Liaise with Sales and CS department for delivery arrangement and requirements.
Supplier window to drive Japanese account business
Understand customer product and supply chain
Liaise with operation team to register project and quotation request in supplier system
Reporting actual and forecast numbers to supplier and HQ Japan
PCN (Product Change Notice) management
Obtaining quality document from supplier and provide sales
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree holder.
At least 2 years of relevant work experiences in electronic components industry.
Proficient in Japanese language is an advantage.
Material planning & understanding of supply chain concept will be an advantage.
Meticulous and with good initiative.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude with problem solving abilities.
Able to work independently as well as a team player.
