Job Responsibilities

• Local evidence generation activities conducted in the region are in compliance with the company and external requirements/regulations.
• Review the regional management monitoring checklists for Epi/HE studies and conduct management monitoring of these studies.
• Ensure end-to-end approach for the review, approval and tracking of local evidence generation epidemiology and health economics activities/studies in collaboration with global/regional/local stakeholders.
• Perform tracking and oversight of budget forecast/spending and study/milestone status for LEG HE/EPI activities in the region.
• Provide study operational support for VeevaHO studies and maintain operational oversight in collaboration with CEG/global operations team for eTrack studies in the region.
• Support the regional HE/Epi team in in the implementation, execution and governance of the HE/Epi studies, providing governance guiding principles to ensure compliance with the company standards and processes.
• Provide hands on study delivery lead (SDL) support during the course of Epi/HE studies that do not have global SDL support in place.
• Work on technical aspects of the Epi/HE studies as time permits and matched to business needs eg, literature reviews, help with model inputs etc
• Help to make slide decks for internal trainings
• Participate in our internal training programs, ie HEPI Hour, (helping to set up the forums, making slides, posting the material, creating content and delivering this content)
• Support regional EPI/HE colleagues in ad-hoc projects and tasks that may arise in the course of business.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Master in Epidemiology/ Health Economics or other related
• Possess minimum 5 years of experience in research studies in related fields
• Strong in both written and communication skills and able to work with different stakeholders
