RESPONSIBILITY
- To provide 3rd level support for users local and global operation
- To carry out ticket handling under the Network team queue.
- To be a single point of contact for ITC’s on Network-related matters in cooperation with Site & Onsite Support department
- To maintain and monitor the global network IT infrastructure world-wide including: Proxy Administration, Firewall Administration, WhatsUp Gold Administration, Wifi & Network Administration
- To attend the Network team meeting and support new Network system or application, & provide service Desk and local support if there’s any.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Information Technology / equivalent;
- Experienced in Networking (LAN< WAN< WLAN, Routing, Firewalls, VPN, WAC, Remote Access), Monitoring (COP Manager, WhatsUp Gold, Procurve Manager SmartEvent), IT Security (Cascade, SharkArcSight, Eventia)
- Service-minded, customer-focused, team-player, good communication and problem solving skills
