Ensure product list is updated such as sales price and mold list for internal and external use
General administrative work relating to sales agreement, correspondence, etc.
General and sales purchase reporting on monthly and ad-hoc basis
Prepare trade documentation (invoice/packing list/deliver order, CO, Form A, Form E, Beneficiary of Certificate or Embassy Endorsement, etc)
Shipping coordination between suppliers and customers
Liaise with third party logistic company for shipping processing
Prepare any reports assigned
Assist with preparation of sales agreement or any other business agreement
Requirements
Minimum Diploma
More than 2 years of working experience
Exposure in incoterms documents
