Responsibilities 

• To maintain and support applications and manage disruption to business unit operations. 
• To support and resolve reported system issues, escalate software bug to vendor for applications that are under maintenance agreement 
• To provide first level operation support for Dynamic 365 system, landlord interface, principal interface, D365/POS/ CRM integration and CRM system 

Key requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent, with 2 years of relevant working experience 
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 and Office 365 
• Knowledge in POS and the integration to Dynamic 365 backend system
