Create and maintain administration support system with associated documentation. Systems will be created in Excel, Access and Web based with documentation in MS Word
Support the Administrator Team leader in managing and maintaining office system, keeping records, files and databases up to date and in good shape
Preparing and revising documents (presentations, minutes, reports, newsletter, etc.)
Perform other responsibilities: Set up meeting agenda, send out invitations, book rooms, keep minutes and ensure follow up. Meeting, travel and accommodation coordination
Any other related duties assigned by the supervisor (i.e. assist in organizing events, team buildings, etc.)
Requirements:
Min. GCE A Levels / Diploma in Business or equivalent
Min 2-5 years of relevant experience and MNC background desired
Proficient in MS Office
Able to learn new computer systems and applications quickly
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior production facility experiences preferred
Highly organized, meticulous with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time and task management skills
Willing to work in Jurong Island
Able to commit until 31 July 2024
