Provide support in AP/AR functions and responsible for AP/AR entries
Handle accounting matters related to seminars/trainings and check through seminar details required for billing (e.g., registration of participants in the system, prepare and tally individual client list for billing, remove attachment from invoices and send invoices to clients)
Processing of all other invoices, expenses claims and payments in Acumatica
Creation of vendor forms for new HRD clients
Maintain proper documentation by scanning and ensuring all files are renamed and saved in shared folders
Arranging of local/overseas courier including account creation and support/furnish information to colleagues
Liaise with vendors for ordering, delivery of stocks and equipment repairs (e.g., stationery, office printer, office items/events, etc.)
Source and request for quotes from vendors on administration related items and assist to create Approval Reports for approval
Assist with general office administration matters including opening of letters and distribution of letters to respective team members
Act as the Assistant Fire Warden during fire drill with Main Fire Warden
Other adhoc or additional and/or different tasks or duties as per delegated by the Management as it considers necessary
Requirement:
Nitec/ Diploma with 1-2 Year Working Exeperince
Proficient in handling Excel and Word
