Our client is a fast growing Shipping Brand. Currently they are looking for an enthusiastic and committed candidate to join them as " Customer Service Executive ".
In this role, your key responsibilities will involve the following areas :
- Handle import container shipments, release cargo to consignee
- Release import container
- Invoice Terminal Handling Charge and Singapore local charges
- Export documentation to issue booking confirmation, prepare B/L and release order
- Liaise with depot for container release
- Make bookings with vessel operator
- Prepare sailing schedule for sales from carrier schedules
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant customer service experience in shipping , preferably in NVOCC setup
- Be customer service minded
- Organised and takes pride in his/her work
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
