Respond and handle customer service requests and enquires.
Coordinate and schedule service/ delivery order with customer, shipping agent and internal staff.
Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
Handles commercial quotation, invoices and payment status with customer.
Oversee and involvement in service/parts sales.
Maintaining proper filing of documentation
Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
Require to hold service hotline mobile
Requirements
Nitec/Diploma in business or engineering
More than 1 year of working experience in customer service/sales support experience.
