Continuous communication with the members of the sales team for achieving targets
Follow up with the company's customers for order processing
Liaise with other functional departments to meet delivery schedules
Handling of enquiries from existing and new clients
Assist the Sales Department Head in the preparation of monthly reports
Maintaining database of customer accounts (CRM)
Administration of contracts and commercial documentation
Requirements
NiTEC/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage
