Our client is a well established Freight Forwarding MNC. Currently, they are seeking a dynamic and sales driven candidate to join them as "Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)".
In this role, your overall responsibilities will include amongst others :
- Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers
- Work closely with operations / accounts / sales teams to ensure that sales, operational and business performance targets are achieved
- To monitor and ensure that customers make prompt payment. All discrepancies to be resolved or rectified promptly
- To exceed sales targets in accordance with the requirements provided by the Sales Management and company policies
- Participate in contract and price negotiations with customers
- Carry out sales calls/ sales visits
- Ad hoc job duties as requested by the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of related sales experience in forwarding or NVOCC setup
- Sales driven and results oriented with proven track record to keep and grow accounts
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Determined to succeed and has a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Has strong passion to grow with the company
