Job Description:

  • Respond and handle customer service requests and enquires.
  • Coordinate and schedule service/ delivery order with customer, shipping agent and internal staff.
  • Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
  • Handles commercial quotation, invoices and payment status with customer.
  • Oversee and involvement in service/parts sales.
  • Maintaining proper filing of documentation
  • Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
  • Require to hold service hotline mobile



  • Nitec Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skill.
  • Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage
  • Proven work experience as customer service or similar role.
  • Experience in service coordination for Marine industry will be an added advantage.


Additional information:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to $3500
  • Located in Bukit Batok
