Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.

• Resolving equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Execute new equipment start-up to support production, from facilities hook-up, vendor start-up, to acceptance of equipment for production.

• Coordinate with process, integration and manufacturing engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives.

• Review, validate and analyze reports on all shift related activities.

• Provide leadership in giving direction and systematic guidance to Equipment Engineer / Associate Engineer (ensure staff's on-time submission of checklist within shift).

• Establish and implement all Equipment specification, troubleshooting procedures, safety related documents and ensure compliance with corporate requirements and procedures.

• Liaise with equipment vendors and spare parts suppliers continuously to develop new methods to achieve low cost maintenance system.

• To initiate and carry out yield improvement, cost reduction, 2nd source verification and cycle time reduction projects.

• Participate in the Equipment Improvement Projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.

• Broad spectrum exposure to different tool types in semiconductor (Lithography, Etch, PVD/CVD, Metro).

• Knowledge in SPC, FMEA, 8D analysis, 5WHY.

• Team player with positive attitude, willing to learn, and independent worker.
