Job Scope

• Prepare and process orders and invoicing
• Co-ordinate with dealers, factories and logistic providers on shipping arrangement
• Prepare and follow-up on shipping documentation
• Update and maintain marketing sales data
• Prepare monthly sales reports

Requirements

• 1-2 year(s) of working experince in providing sales support
• Experience in incoterms/shipping terminology/documents will be an added advantage
