Responsibility

• Direct Purchasing from HQ and 3PL vendors via SAP;
• Review 3PL forwarder invoices for AP
• Monthly open orders review;
• Provide product transfer pricing information.
• Manage product flow supply chain processes with internal & external stakeholders and develop strategies and proactive problem solving to ensure timely delivery;
• To compile and review demand planning and forecasting report with Sales & Operation manager;
• Daily MRP system run for demand/ inventory stock replenishment;
• Working with vendor/forwarder to ensure in-coming shipment product has relevant local SG HS Coding;
• Support sales support team with Trade Compliance order processing.
• Support project inventory tracking report
• Managing inventory aging report base on slow consumption
• Liaise with forwarders for incoming and outgoing shipment delivery;
• Prepare shipping document;
• Liaise and verify with warehouse for incoming damage/ short shipment and file FOA (Failure on Arrival);
• Review 3PL forwarder invoices for AP
• To Participate/take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities/activities as requested by the company.
• Any additional duties not listed above that may be deemed as appropriate by the Business

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma level in logistic/supply chain field
• More than 2 years working experience in demand planning
• Experience in purchasing activity
