Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as " Assistant Manager (Customer Service Digitalization)(Shipping)".
This role covers the following responsibilities :
- Develop and Implement Sales Force’s products especially on “Chat” areas. Transforming current customer services into “Digital” driven services by implementing digital tools such as Live Chat, Chat Bot and CRM systems.
- Design the business process (Rate Quotation, Booking, Documentation) by using Signavio , a digital Business Process designing system.
- Business Process Improvement focusing on Booking and Post Booking process (EDI, Portal Site, eCommerce)
- Engaged in quality management for customer service activities together with the regional customer service teams
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in IT related discipline will be ideal but not a must.
- Ideally 2 years or more of related experience in container shipping industry in : Booking, Customer Service, Shipping Documentation etc or some exposure to working with these departments.
- 1 year or more of working experience in Sales Force (CRM system) development and implementation.
- MS Excel, Power Point or similar type of tools such as Google Spreadsheet etc
- Salesforce project (Service Cloud)
- Insightful Knowledge in container shipping industry.
- Global / Regional HQ working experience will be an asset
- Possess strong stamina to drive the projects
