Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor Concur claim system
- Answering to employees’ queries regarding the expense policies.
- Assist in other General Administration’s daily operations
- maintaining and managing Administration Intranet/ global telephone director
- administering and processing payment workflows/ rebilling/monthly cost allocation etc.
- Support to plan, organize and execute local Staff Engagement Activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relavent field
- Experience in providing administrative support on Employee Engagement activities
- Experiecne in using SAP system
