Responsibilities

• Taking care of export/import business coordination mainly in ASEAN, South-West Asia, China and Japan.
• The employee issues/handles the contract and shipping documents on time. At the same time, the employee needs to take care of the payment and collection of money (T/T, D/A, D/P and L/C), as well as credit line control
• Arrangement of shipment and required internal process
• Other ad-hoc matters such as data migration, SOP manual creation etc.

Requirements

• Min 2-5yrs of Experience / Letter of Credit
• Basic knowledge about Export/Import
