Assist the Management in preparing and implementing HR related Policies and Procedures.
Process payroll and maintain staff time attendance records system.
Maintain HR integrated system. Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records for accurate monthly manpower reporting and analysis.
Manage recruitment and selection process. Post advertisement on job portals, arrange and conduct interviews, prepare and extend offers to selected candidates, arrange for pre-employment check-up and prepare letter of appointment.
Prepare and conduct HR Orientation.
Process work passes, application/renewal, expatriate management, staff exits, income tax clearance and etc.
Maintain and manage employees’ benefits (medical claims, biennially health check-up
and etc.)
Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters and survey.
Apply for reservist claims and government paid leave claims (e.g., childcare leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and etc.).
Handle insurance related matters such as submit insurance claims, yearly renewal and follow up on settlement payment.
Preparing HR & Admin related annual budget /revised budget.
Requirements
Min. Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have experience in processing payroll.

Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities
