  • Sorting out of daily post-delivery orders that has been returned from drivers into; Completed, Not Delivered and Incomplete Delivery. Following up on Not Delivered and Incomplete Delivery status
  • Planning of deliver outlets routes and booking additional vehicles when needed daily
  • Applying of Delivery slots or passes for delivery when required
  • Strong communication and control with delivery drivers and the logistic provider
  • Proper monthly tracking of additional vehicle services and wholesalers’ incentive tracking
  • Issuing of rebates, discounts, incentive and consignment billings (credit notes, debit note) to customers within the month
  • Ad-hoc admin duties such as ordering of product stickers/label
  • Managing Meiji Shop operations, stock inventories and month end billing for Meiji shop sales weekly. (Including ad-hoc corporate roadshows_
  • Ad-hoc order-processing and admin duties when fellow colleagues are away
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties as delegated by manager



  • GCE O level or Diploma
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office application
  • 1 year of working experience in sales support will be an added advantage
