Responsibility
- Sorting out of daily post-delivery orders that has been returned from drivers into; Completed, Not Delivered and Incomplete Delivery. Following up on Not Delivered and Incomplete Delivery status
- Planning of deliver outlets routes and booking additional vehicles when needed daily
- Applying of Delivery slots or passes for delivery when required
- Strong communication and control with delivery drivers and the logistic provider
- Proper monthly tracking of additional vehicle services and wholesalers’ incentive tracking
- Issuing of rebates, discounts, incentive and consignment billings (credit notes, debit note) to customers within the month
- Ad-hoc admin duties such as ordering of product stickers/label
- Managing Meiji Shop operations, stock inventories and month end billing for Meiji shop sales weekly. (Including ad-hoc corporate roadshows_
- Ad-hoc order-processing and admin duties when fellow colleagues are away
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as delegated by manager
Requirements
- GCE O level or Diploma
- Familiar with Microsoft Office application
- 1 year of working experience in sales support will be an added advantage
