Responsibilities:

• Process trades after market is closed
• Resolve trade issues before cut-off time
• Perform trade amendment within stipulated turnaround time
• Maintain brokerage and commission rate setup in back office system
• Maintain instrument data in back office system
• Trades reconciliation
• Liaising with foreign brokers for trade related matters
• Posting of journal entries into the back office system
• Participate in system enhancement projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Business with at least 3 years direct working experience in Securities or Futures industry.
• Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
• Able to work on SG public holiday (rotational)
