This multi functioning role will provide support to the Sales and Marketing Groups as well as manage day to day operations in the regional office supporting the Greater Asia Zone. The role includes working with Sales and Marketing to meet goals and objectives aligned with those of the Global Business Unit. In meeting these goals and objectives, the incumbent will use strong communication skills to coordinate efforts of a cross functional team. She/he will resolve most questions and problems independently and know when to refer more complex issues to higher levels. This role requires an organized, self-starter who can creatively adapt to the various demands of this position. Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and coordinates customer information to support sales functions.
  • Develops analytical reports based on marketing intelligence and provides information to the sales planning process based on. knowledge of the market data.
  • Prepares and maintains reports for sales forecasting.
  • Assists with sales coordination, pricing and sales contract administration.
  • Coordinates sales execution with Export Services Department.
  • Assists in all aspects events/trade shows/conferences.
  • Assists with development of sales presentations.
  • Provides support for marketing projects utilizing internal and external resources
  • Performs clerical, administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confident nature.
  • Answers quesrions and furnishs informaiton to caller and visitors.
  • Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales or marketing environment.
  • Capable of analyzing information, identifying insights and acting on actionable strategies.
  • Team player capable of working across the organization.
  • Possess strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
