Job Description:
Telesales rep will make outbound sales calls for a list of products. Outbound calls will be made to potential customers identified by data analytics tools. These outbound sales calls include, but not limited to, conducting portfolio selling, follow up on sampling, order taking and replenishment, promotional blasts.
- Inbound sales calls (Operating hotline)
Telesales rep will respond, track and classify all inbound calls. These inbound calls include, but not limited to, handling of customers sales and/or product and/or other queries, complaints, requests and Adverse Event (AE) reporting.
Telesales person will be given the purchasing pattern for the targeted customers by SKU breakdown to facilitate the planning
- To plan and organize monthly / daily schedule to achieve coverage of the stipulated calls as per agreed average calls per day on target customers.
- Continuously identify and profile key C& D target customers and prioritize accordingly.
- Ensures Updated Customer List and profiling of customers for established / house brands
- Use of approved script and telesales materials and promotional items only.
- Direct any product related queries from customers to the medical sales representatives.
- Quality Assurance (QA) to train the telesales person on product complaint handling
- Pharmacovigilance (PV) to train the telesales person on adverse events reporting
Requirement:
- Minimum “N” Level
- Minimum 2 Years of Working Experience in the similar position
- Flexibility with work schedule based on business needs
Additional information:
- Working days: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
- Salary up to $2800
- 1 Year Contract
- Located in Bouna Vista
