Job Responsibilities

• Single-point-of-contact for Infrastructure team for all new system initiatives
• Handle Sales enquiries, contract and license renewal experience
• Develop and track all sales record, generate and analyse sales report
• Asset management (Related to sales items) using MS Excel
• Work closely with team members for related procurement deadlines
• Monitoring and reviewing own performance to achieve targets and dead-line"

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 2 - 3 years of working experience in procurement as creating quotation, invoices, delivery order, contract preparation
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Possess good negotiation skills. 
• Should have sense of ownership, urgency and self-motivation
• Familiar with hardware & software procurement
• Knowledge in maintenance & renewal terms
