Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely submission of monthly/quarterly full set of accounts with variance analysis and Group consolidation for one Joint Venture.
• Support in preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecast and cashflow projection process.
• Preparation of GST submission to IRAS & intercompany billing for Singapore companies.
• Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with External Auditor.
• Responsible for accounts payable preparation and review along with reconciliation of creditor statement.
• Monitoring Singapore AR position with marketing team and preparation of weekly AR report.
• Other Finance and Accounting activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 3-4 years experiences in Accounting.
• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Proficient with MS Office especially Excel such as Vlookup, Pivot Table.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software. (e.g Globe 3).
• Applicants with experience in the Shipping / Marine industry is an added advantage.
