Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely submission of monthly/quarterly full set of accounts with variance analysis and Group consolidation for one Joint Venture
• Support in preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecast and cashflow projection process
• Preparation of GST submission to IRAS & intercompany billing for Singapore companies
• Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with External Auditor
• Responsible for accounts payable preparation and review along with reconciliation of creditor statement
• Monitoring Singapore AR position with marketing team and preparation of weekly AR report
• Other Finance and Accounting activities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 3-4 years experiences in Accounting
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Proficient with MS Office especially Excel such as Vlookup, Pivot Table
• Hands-on experience with accounting software 
• Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
