Responsibility
- To attend to all sales enquiries
- To handle correspondence relating to customer
- To assist on quotation generation
- To follow-up on status of sales orders
- To liaise with factory on delivery plans
- To attend and solve problems arising from sales orders
- To maintain product mold list relating to customers
- General administrative work relating to sales agreement, correspondence, etc.
- General and sales purchase reporting on monthly and ad-hoc basis
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales support activity
- Experience in semicon manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
